Descriptions/Eligibility:	Eligible candidates should be full-time undergraduate students in their second year or above with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in their previous academic year. The recipients of the Scholarship should be chosen based on their academic performance, leadership abilities, general knowledge, civic-mindedness, communication skills, and past record in extra-curricular activities and/or community and voluntary services.
