Ka-Ho is an artist working primarily with computer graphics, animation, photography, and digital technologies. He was senior technical director and development lead for feature animated films including “Shrek 2” and the “Ice Age” series. His personal short animations have won awards and been selected in Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, interFilm Berlin, SIGGRAPH, and Festival du nouveau cinema, etc. He was previously assistant professor at the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong where he taught courses in 3D/2D animation and digital visual effects. With the support of a teaching development grant, Ka-Ho launched VR Story Lab where students and researchers explored the narrative potentials of Virtual Reality and immersive technology. Ka-Ho has also served as jury member for New York Foundation for the Arts (US), IFVA (HK), Digicon6 (JP and HK), etc. He is currently serving as non-executive director of Videotage Hong Kong.
